Steps:
Upon accepting the Mythril Madness Mining Leve for the first time, its requirements is to mine 4 nodes (0/4) for a possible Evaluation Bonus (e.g. 160~ +25%). However when going to the area, only 3 of the 4 nodes were available. Making the completion of this Leve VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE.

Thinking this was just a bug on my character. I abandoned the Leve wasting one of my allowances. Accepted it again almost 10 mins later, same result with only 3 of 4 nodes being available. Then abandoned leve completely, logged out, logged in, took quest and same result.

Minimap will reveal that no nodes are anywhere in the vicinity. Not even outside the green reticule.

Same goes for the Leve-Quest: I Kidd you not, in costa del sol. Only 7 of 8 minerals appeared. Making it impossible to complete the leve.
