My FC is going back to FFXI... FFXIV FAIL

1. gearing up is too easy (phil, myth, etc.)
2. horrible economy
3. leveling up is too easy
4. the job/class system is a joke
5. you only need to play 2 days a week to get everything accomplished.
6. PvP wtf?
7. ...oh wait didnt I say a few? my bad I'll stop now lol

1. XI is now the same way. Can fully gear in almost no time.
2. Nothing different here. Solo Dynamis and make 2M gil/day and buy everything.
3. You can get from 1-99 in literally 12 hours, maybe less, by AFKing.
4. This one I can't argue per se, but have fun being ANYTHING/DNC because that's all everyone is.
5. I went back and got level 99 + gear in 4 days.
6. While I enjoyed XI PvP, I don't even know if anyone does it anymore at this point.

The point is, you are going to find XI is now very similar to what this game is.
And frequent patches? You mean that expansion that just came out after 5
years? I played XI for 7 years. Don't get me wrong, the level 75 cap glory days
still stand as my all time favorite MMO time ever, the game was brilliant.

But XI is pretty much all but dead now, and it's incredibly Hello Kitty easy and
takes no time to get anything done anymore. You can literally solo the entire
game as BST/Anything or Anything/DNC.

Basically you:

Solo to level 15 > Gusgen Mines lolalliancesmashkeyboard to 30 > Abyssea AFK until 99 while getting the equivalent of
tomes in XIV more lolalliancesmashkeyboard > Buy full set of 99 gear > Solo all end-game content.

It's sad, but that's how it is now. Dynamis? Solo. Sky, Sea, Limbus? Solo. This item costs 10M? Np, can make that
in 3-4 days. I hate that this is what XI turned into.
