a cap on ilvl in the instance would probably be a push in the right direction, but even that isnt the root of the problem. the mechanics themselves can almost ignored by most members of an alliance. ive been in a few groups where my premade was the only ones doing anything right, like clicking towers or pulling adds. when one group can carry the other 2 thru the mechanics, something is wrong
