Adjust the DF level req's

I don't agree with the removing level requirements for premades. It only promotes undergeared people buying through these encounters which usually results in more RMT. As for raising the level requirements for some dungeons, I do believe Pharos should be a bit higher, like 52.

Mhm, it's much better taking overgeared people only for content that doesn't even need i78-82+ lol. It's always hilarious seeing people want those 20-30 levels over the actual ilvl. Considering how much people buy Primal and coil clears, removing ilvl doesn't promote RMT at all - The current system does.

Won't lie though, always funny seeing Garuda/Titan (Hard Modes)/Crystal Tower with an i78 minimum requirement to join.
