One Ilm Punch

Interested in knowing what sort of buff can be removed. The following are what I'm interested:

Aetherflow
Attunement
Vengeance DMG reduction
Monk Forms
Greased Lightning
Heavy Thrust buff
Equanimity
Straight Shot buff
Firestarter
Thundercloud

Confirmed removable:
Protect
Regen
Raging Strikes
Blood for Blood
Berserk
Rampart
Sentinel
Fight or Flight
Whispering Dawn

Do add to the list if there are things that aren't listed as I can't recall of my head what buffs are there.

Not sure on Firestarter/Thundercloud/Vengeance/Attunement

Nothing else can be.

I've had Firestarter procs removed and the other day someone actually removed Attunement. I'm not sure if it was One Ilm Punch or Glory Slash but I'd imagine if one can do it, they both can.

From what I have seen anything with a duration can be removed. The only reason attunment or invincible type buffs cannot be removed is because of missing or 0 dmg from the skill. Not sure about Greased lightning and equanimity thou

Should be able to remove Attunement with Hawk Eye and One Ilm Punch, can someone confirm?

Cannot because hawk's eye is not apart of Monk cross-skills and one ilm is only monk skill.

I think the only job/class that can use Hawk's Eye and remove effects is GLA. Too bad GLA loses everything useful from PLD. Hallowed Ground, Cover, Sword Oath, Spirits Within and stat boosts VS a chance to remove one situational healer CD. I bet 75% of the time you'll just remove Regen.

Yeah I'm pretty sure there was once someone One Ilm Punch me and took off my Thundercloud too instead of my Protect.
