I've got a small house, which I'm in the process of redecorating (again) so I'll put up pictures of my finished ground floor for now with some pictures of my garden. The basement is empty at the moment so nothing to see there :P

So the outside:







We're making odder otter exteriors with a FC friend for both of our houses, so that is going to change eventually as well.

And the ground floor:







I love plants and windows, so... yeah. Lots of them

Made a small open kitchen


A small alcove for a bedroom


A carbuncle dining area and a sitting area on the left with lots of books, of course


A window wall with the sitting area


Also a bathroom


I'm pretty happy with it for the moment. Though I ran out of slots for furniture, so if I want to tweak something I need to take something out. Too many windows

Just resub recently to help renovate the FC house on the request of my friends. Here's how it looks:

Yard:

The yard is design with an easygoing homey vibe:


Chocobo stable setup next to the tree house for an extra platform. Step ladder for extra way to climb up from within the estate:



Dried well + hingan dummy + ghost Edda retainer for a spooky fighting dummy:


The other half of the yard is a mini Zen garden:


Front view. For anyone who like to use this design, I'd recommend extra fireflies and birdbath for extra coziness if you can spare the slots:

Ground floor:

Stores meant to replica the market street from Kugane:



Essential furniture are all placed on the ground floor for easy access:



Fashion corner with fitting room. It's a pity we don't have Hyur model for mannequin yet else I could spawn some ghost Edda inside the house:



Hidden the armorie within the fitting room. Extra space for the dresser furniture when we get one like another 5 years:

The far eastern doll display is a good way to display the mandragora royal family.:


A wall of plants because why not:


A fully feature kitchen with female Au Ra for "get the women into the kitchen" meme purposes. Clipping the otter screen into the wooden beam makes a good combination:


Clipping the dry botanist's dried herbs with the stepp kitchen makes a good combination:


A sushi bar with the four lords painting as the background. The two tier 1 fish tanks was meant to mimic the fridge over the sushi bar for uncut sashimi, sadly there's none of that in game yet:

Basement:

Basement is a hingan-styled bathhouse:


Opposite of the screens is a changing room with shower area before dipping into the bathtub:





Behind the screen is the bathtub with a castle under the moonlight with Tsukuyomi on it:



Clipped a pair of wooden beams along with a gridania bench between where the two bathtub overlaps to hide the clipping and to mimic a foot onsen. Also threw in a wind chime in the corner for the pleasing sound effect:


Front view of the castle. The "moonlight" effect is caused by a pair of indirect lighting. Sadly it doesn't look as well behind the partition. The "divine shine" (it's a little hard to see here) behind Tsukuyomi was thanks to the marimo lamp:



Added three (other two on my sides) futon under the wooden loft so the fc mate can /doze but not /sit and clip through the loft:
