We own a cluster of properties all in the same ward (7, 22, 27, 28, 29). Between them we have 3 theaters, several themed chambers (i.e. Sylphic Tea Room, Library, Offices), a lounge, and meeting hall. We run a lot of open player events on our server. The mansion is set up for our fall theatrical production "I Want to Be Your Canary" from Final Fantasy IX.

So... I've always wanted the Star Chandelier and finally leveled my crafting high enough to make my own. Only with my old layout, and the size of the chandelier (it does not scale to cottages, lol), it was clipping into everythinggggg! So I overhauled the design of my whole house in order to make room for it.

Edit: I really wish they would up the capacity of the houses. My lawn is maxed out and it looks empty (granted, I'm clipping lots of things together) and I would LOVE to add more detail work inside, but I only have 5 open spaces left.
