Armorer - Not Enough Headroom

Howdy.

I'm relatively new to the game, so bare with me if I missed some basic stuff.

I've been leveling Armorer (L22 atm) and was keeping my eye on this guide that mentioned a repeatable levequest called "Not Enough Headroom". For this leve I'm supposed to craft 3xIron Celata.

So, I crafted 9 of them in order to complete the leve 3 times in a row. But then I went to the Levemet in LL and, shockingly, the quest wasn't there. So I thought I'd read the guide more carefully and apparently the quest should be in Quarrymil.

I went there and - surprise, surprise - the Levemete's icon was red. Meaning I couldn't even talk to the guy.

What am I missing? The levequest is supposed to be L20 and my Armorer is L22. Shouldn't I be able to do this?

Make sure you are in your armorer class when you try to select maybe? If not im not too sure.

Each aetheryte camp or leve quest distributor has a quest you need to complete in order to unlock leves from that location. They are all battle leve reliant so you need to do the quest and it's associate leve quest as a battle class before you can do any leves from that location.
