Hopefully you're not pugging it so you can synch well with (hopefully) you're SCH healing partner. When people group up for the jump, pre-cast a Cure III right before he lands so you can top everyone off and spread out. Always be cognizant of what move is about to come up so you can adjust your heal. Before stomps I always pop a Divine Seal + Quickcast + Medica II, and if people need to be topped off I cast a Medica. The SCH will be healing too, so don't feel like you have to do everything.

I generally pop SoS at the end of every jump to keep threat low. Keep regen on the tanks and pop a Medica II when you can so the aoe damage wont' be as much of an emergency as healing the tanks. Save benediction for the MT. A tableflip on 2 stacks in the last phase, followed by a punch is a TON of damage, so Benediction will keep them safe if needed. Don't finish a heal if it means you're going to be hit by WotL. Your death isn't worth it.

I try to do the exact opposite: make sure medica 2 isn't up when they spawn and make sure I have shroud of saints up for that phase. In our group I (WHM) heal main tank and SCH heals off tank while adds are up (I've had hate issues there as WHM).

Other than that, know the rotation and make sure everyone is at good health for all stomps and geocrushes. It's not a difficult fight to heal at all.

well, if the scholar is doing his job, and by job i mean that using virus, placing sacred soil, oh sh!t heals on tank and mitigating damage, u only have to heal and thats it, u have it easy

oh yes, i forgot, choose a tank and when adds, dont forgert to throw a cure or cure II to your tank, i know that bombs on that phase are hardo to dodge but keep him alive, cure III is awesome on this fight

Titan EX isn't too bad on healing if people move properly. If people move poorly, no amount of healing can save the day. (You can't heal someone hard enough to move them an extra yard to the left!)

    Key tips:

Pay attention to the tank swaps; drop Regen on whoever grabbed threat to mitigate auto-attack damage.
Cure 1 should be able to fix Cleave damage, particularly with Regen on.
Cure 2 (x2?) after every Mountain Buster.
Medica 2 early when Tumult's coming on, and do so from Titan's rear so you cover the Tanks as well. Med2+Regen = happy tank.
When Tumult happens, if you started Med2 early, you can do Med2+Medica before plumes get ya. Then you can Medica again immediately afterwards.
Cure 3 is great but is a bit of a mana-hog. I like to use it after Geocrush (leap) and Titan's Ultimate. People must stack.
Don't forget to heal OT during add phases!

Just get into a rotation and practice enough so you'll know when to cast stuff like Medica II. The healing requirement isn't too bad on this fight (with 2 healers that is). In our case the SCH actually does the vmajority of the tank healing while I look after the party. All I really do on the tank is Regen and Stoneskin before/Cure II after Mountain Buster.

Also, try not to have Medica II still ticking away when the adds pop. If you cast it during the heart phase stomps it should be off before they do.

I'm a bit curious as to which method makes the tank happier:
To pop all regens (med2, regen) on potatoes and not heal, or
To not use regens and heal.

I personally lean more on the former, but since my tank's all from the static they don't mind it.

There are few good hints in those replies.
But to be honest Titan EX is just all about dodging the stuff, throw cure II after Mountain Buster, and healing the group during stomps and jumps.

Really not a tough job to heal as long as you know the pattern and you have dps that don't eat WoL

I would have love that SE put us a marker on us to see when we have the gaol on us because it's not that easy to see when you are stacked up

    Start of fight,

Land slide > Plumes = Use Stoneskin because Table flip is coming
    Stomping time, self explanatory.
Land Slide after stomps = Stoneskin again

Know that until the heart is defeated, stomps always come after the Gaols.

Before the heart is defeated and after the two stoneskins mentioned above; stoneskin after the plumes because table flip will occur after it.

    After heart;

    Goals = Stoneskin
    >Stomp Time
    >Double Plume = Stoneskin

You don't really need stoneskin for MB if you keep the tank topped of. Except during add phase you have more than enough time to get the tank back up fast

I know this is a WHM focused thread but maybe some input for SCH:

I place my pet at around 11 oclock right of Titan on the other area with the dark brown texture. After the first Geocrush she will start floating outside the platform in relative safety.
Sacred Soil during all stomps. Virus on all second stomps (btw, better to let the SCH use Virus due to faster CD and communicate on it. Otherwise you waste your casts on immunity).
    Succor before and after stomps.
Sacred Soil and succor for past heart aoe Damage.
Have Adlo on the tank focusing Titan at all times to help with MB mitigation and keep him topped of.
Eye for an eye on MT with Adds. It really helps here if you communicate and decide which healer is focusing on MT exclusively (there will most likely be a swap during that add phase, so careful there).

Don't need to, but I like to. Our SCH runs Cleric Stance [ON] for like 90% of the fight in Titan now so I do what I can to ensure the Tank doesn't get critted by a mountain buster and I'm stuck in a bad position of having to wait for a Cure II to be casted and usually failing because the following attack kills them.

    Better safe than sorry.
