    Best non-legacy server???

    My server only has 2 groups that consistently beat turn 5. Kinda sad considering I recently heard Cactuar has 25+ groups downing turn 5 weekly and you can pug it with little experience. Are there any other servers that are like or better than Cactuar in this department?
