SCH Quest "In the Image of the Ancients" Unable to interact with NPC

NPC does not react while I am a SCH, bar goes black for a moment and then nothing. As other classes I get the expected menu with:

In The Image of Ancients
Small Talk
Nothing.

Clicking 'In the Image of Ancients' does nothing at all. It should open the window that tells me I don't meet the requirements for the quest. Clicking "Small talk" and "Nothing." both work as intended. Again, this is only when clicking on the NPC as any class other than SCH.

Echoing what the others in this thread have said - still unable to speak with the NPC or interact with him, even after logging in and out and changing equipment sets.
