    On what planet is this kind of GM support acceptable?

    I've only submitted 2 tickets to a GM so far in this game. The first one took about 3 days to get a response and it was an automated response that didn't answer my question. It didn't even try to answer the question. I had a quest bug and it told me that GMs could not help with guides and tutorials. Not even remotely relevant.

    Now I have an open ticket trying to use the item restoration service. I initially attempted to go through the support channels here on the website, and after a few days I got an email response telling me to open a ticket in-game. It's been two full days now and I have yet to receive a response.

    I've played many MMOs over the past ~10 years and this really just grinds my gears. I'm paying 12 dollars a month for this and getting possibly the worst customer service I've ever seen. And that's saying something, cause I've been a Comcast customer. There's no excuse for this from a subscription based MMO, frankly.

    +1 SE support can be very painful. I submitted 3 tickets on payment matters. They never got back to me.

    That was in the early days of FF14 though, and , in hype, I feel the game was good enough to eat that bit extra cash.

    Now if it happened again, will definitely rage to high heavens.

    I personally had only 2 times problem with the game, and every time i go really excelent and fast respond from deve team ! Once was via email in couple of hours i got a respond and in matter of a day my problem was resolved, the other time i had to use live chat, i got there instant help and the person was really nice and helpfull.

    I sugest you to use the live chat, you will get immediate support. And the person on the other side will help you !


    Then again if your problem is quest bug dont use it....report it from the tools in the game and also report it in the forum for bugs and so.

    If you still entconter the problem in couple of days contact someone via the live chat !
