I've only submitted 2 tickets to a GM so far in this game. The first one took about 3 days to get a response and it was an automated response that didn't answer my question. It didn't even try to answer the question. I had a quest bug and it told me that GMs could not help with guides and tutorials. Not even remotely relevant.

Now I have an open ticket trying to use the item restoration service. I initially attempted to go through the support channels here on the website, and after a few days I got an email response telling me to open a ticket in-game. It's been two full days now and I have yet to receive a response.

I've played many MMOs over the past ~10 years and this really just grinds my gears. I'm paying 12 dollars a month for this and getting possibly the worst customer service I've ever seen. And that's saying something, cause I've been a Comcast customer. There's no excuse for this from a subscription based MMO, frankly.
