Nightmare Mount Drop Rate higher on Ifrit-EX ?

I've done over 70 runs of Garuda-EX by now - have 4/5 rings and have never once seen the Nightmare whistle drop here.

I haven't done Titan-Ex as much yet, but have not seen it drop there yet either.

Within my first 15 wins of Ifrit-EX, I've seen the Nightmare whistle drop 3 times already.

Anyone know if there is a higher drop rate on Ifrit-EX for the mount or noticed a similar trend?

I wouldn't be surprised if that were the case. If Ifrit is the toughest and it still has a reasonably low drop rate, sounds like it would be the most fair way to distribute a prize based on skill and luck.

I still have yet to do the EX Primals. No one in my FC is ready for them.

Titan-EX is really the hardest of the 3 EX primals but Ifrit is the last one to unlock, so I'm guessing if there are differences in the drop rate, the rate would increase more for later primals in the chain.

Seen 3 mounts drop from Ifrit, but none from the other 2.

I have indeed noticed a higher rate on Ifrit, seen 5. Garuda I've seen 4 and Titan I've seen 1. Probably all the same drop rate and we're just being paranoid though :P

Observation: Having merc'd many EX primals, this one finds the most drops from Ifrit/Garuda.

On topic: I've seen it twice from ifrit and once from titan in over 200 runs. Seems like a really low drop rate. ; ;

I've seen it drop 5 times from ifrit, 0 from the others.

I've seen it once in garuda and I've been farming her since 2.1 release. ;~;
