Lag issues

Hey everyone. I know a lot of people are having problems in fights like titan, getting hit by weights and stuff when you're out of the area.

I have Time Warner Cable as my ISP and they throttle my net. I had 15 mb/s down and 3 mb/s up and I was still getting hit by weights, it was ridiculous.

So I stumbled across a program called Pingzapper which claimed to reduce latency and prevent that throttling crap. So, I gave it a shot and it actually works. Then I got to thinking, since I only play FFXIV online..I wonder if reducing my internet speeds would effect my latency with Pingzapper.

I now have 2mb/s down and 1mb/s up. Reduced my internet bill by $55. ( I also bought my own modem) so I pay $10/month for my internet. ANYWAY, with Pingzapper, I don't lag even with this slow net speed.

I recommend anyone who has lag issues to try out this software. It's $4 for 30 days but it's worth it.
