Braving New Depths - Sunken Temple of Qarn

I'm unable to progress this quest line to gain access to Qarn. Not sure if this is new, but haven't found anyone else with this same issue or not.

The quest is obtained from Nedrick in Vesper Bay, then you have to talk to the NPC outside of the entrance to Temple of Qarn to be able to enter. If you've done these things then it may legitimately may be a bug.

A mod will probably come in and close down this thread and tell you to use the proper report template so you may want to edit your post before that happens if it is truly bugged out for you.

clicked on Bibimu - no responce
Abandoned quest and went back to Vesper Bay to try again, same results....

I'm also experiencing this bug. I hope they're aware and fixing soon, I hear great things about this dungeon.
