Lag and Latency problems on PRIMAL Datacenter. Other data centers work fine

I play in Hyperion and since yesterday I have some really bad lag and latency issues.

before that everything was working great.. but now I see players "teleporting" and sometimes I have over 4 seconds delay.

Please fix this? many people from my country are having the same problem. I changed to another Datacenter and the problem was gone.

If you're on a PS3 you will need a PC/MAC to use a VPN

If you're on PC try WTFast's 30 day trial, battleping,ping zapper or a VPN service.

If you did the above and none of these worked then sit on your hands, it's what most of us have been doing for a while now :\

I can't use WTfast already used my trial a few months ago.. I was playing with no problems at all but this week I started to have this weird latency issues.

I hope SE can fix it soon.. as I said in the other NA datacenter I had no latency problems.. Hyperion datacenter is the one with issues.

I used to be fine. No need for a VPN or anything. But since the latest data center maintenance and patch rollout, my tracert outputs have been looking like this:

Hop six is expected, but the dropped packets at hop seven and hop eleven should not be there. My latency is still very good.

Edit: I should mention I'm on Optimum Online's 101/50 tier of service. Bandwidth shouldn't be a factor.

Same problem yesterday, only with FF XIV.. I did a Speedtest and everything was normal.

The problem is only with the Primal Datacenter.

A few days ago I had no problems at all.. and many people with my same ISP ( Movistar ) are having the same exact problem at the same time.

Please fix it or leave like it was a few days ago. It's really hard to play with all this latency issues.

Same problem today.. people "teleporting" instead of walking.. We need some answers Squarenix. We are all paying costumers and the game is unplayable this way.

Been having this issue today and last night. Been unable to do content because as a tank when I error 90k out the group wipes.

Would be nice if the servers were stable.

Again horrible delay today.. I need a fix for this.. I sent a private message using the In-game system.. I really need a fix.. I already paid for 3 more months and I can't play since 3 days ago because of the latency issues. Any other game works normal and my Speed is totally normal.

Its not just your world that has problems my main character if i go into instance is disconnected from game then i cant log back in cause game never logs out my character.. dreaded 90000 error not my connection everything is fine on my end
