While that is something we "can" do to help, it is incredibly cumbersome. They finally implemented a right click to blacklist option, but failed to implement a right click to report option. I find this a bit odd. Many MMO's have a report right click option that automatically reports the text to the GM's and adds them to your ignore list at the same time. Not every single one of the 10 RMT tells I get a day needs to have an explanation about it sent to the GMS. Reporting it through a click really should be sufficient and added by SE.

As it stands I just blacklist them but do not go through the hassle of filling out a cheating report each time. It is unreasonable for customers paying for a service to be expected to do that on something as rampant as RMT tells.

They need to add a right click report spam (rmt) with a temporal blacklist (you can't see their chat but only until you log out, once you log back in your temporal blacklist is empty).

And well, get rid of rmt. But this is necessary !!!

If you add things like right click report player abuse...that will in turn get abused.

There are some things in life that don't make "Common sense" like loading the passengers on a plane from front to back...while we all wait for the front to finish while the back is completely empty.

Here is a reason why they do that, when you load the back first, IN GENERAL the first people on the plane will put there carry-on luggage in the very first available slot, and cause an issue there. Since the people that sit in front will now have to put their carry-on in the very back (not all the time)

But even so my point is people will abuse things, and these things have been taught, revised and is generally understood that people will abuse something that's intended to be a good thing.

So sure its a pain in the ass...but that's probably for a good reason

They need a click in chat option to report RMT. The game knows your server, time, date, and if that was a tell or a shout. If a shout, it knows your zone. At the same time, that character gets blacklisted. Behind the scene, that entire account gets blacklisted for you. When an account gets perma-banned or characters deleted, those names are auto-removed from your blacklist. Other games do parts of these, it would be nice to see a game roll them all up together.

but its tedious , not that i have to add each and every spammer into it , now i have to remove one old spammer for each new spammer i add because 200 isnt enough for all the gold spamming thats going on , if they cant solve it atleast they shouldnt limit my blacklist , also make it easier to blacklist so i dont have to types names like HGDWGHDW JHDWGFDWGF on my ps3 pad each time i wanna get rid of a spammer

reporting is even harder than the blacklisting , CBA to fill out those forms after wasting enough time to get those annoying retards on my blacklist

Can right click their name (or highlight their name on a controller and hit square or X [Xbox X, not cross]) and hit add to blacklist in the menu. Or type "/blist add <r>" without the quotes if that's quicker for you.
