Remove the Kick option

I cannot tell you how many people I have seen go into a dungeon set on follow and go afk, or sit in the start of a place dancing, or some other lame crap just so they can get something for nothing. I for one think the vote kick is working fine. The vote kick is no less a functional tool due to its misuse.

Then that would also be easy, can't auto follow while in dungeon. If SE can eliminate those two things and people going afk or falling asleep and taking that kick option away and setting it to auto kick would rather have that then some abusing players who think they own the dungeon everyone flags up for duty finder this does not give them a right to remove said person from having fun and people need to learn the dungeon also.
