I was an already relic'd WHM. Go into Garuda HM with an FC mate on DF who is low gear.

Everything is going smoothly

Felt almost as BA as the time when tank and dps all died in one shot to bomb in last boss of Haukke NM when adds all come in. Run around with everything on me and heal myself, SC raise the tank, healed both of us, PoM raise one dps, hardcast raise on final dps, on to victory.

Did Leviathan extreme yesterday night. The whitemage died once the rails went down. Didn't think we would kill levi but i just kept healing. It got really sloppy towards the end but we pulled through (probably lots of luck) but it felt good!

I wouldn't call my story "epic" but it definitely made me feel that I was competent.

So last night, I decided to finish off the 2.2 storyline and fiight Leviathan HM. I watched the video, got the basic knowledge of what is going to happen and understand it shouldn't be too difficult, I decided to DF the fight.

Upon I entering, I realized most of us in the group, if not all, had never done this before. Everyone was friendly and patience, we wiped 2 times but was making good progress each time (the person who was responsible the switch said he got interrupted and couldn't complete, so instant wipe the first two times) and nobody was upset about it as it seems. The third try, we got pass the switch but something hit both me (WHM) and the other WHM and we were down at the same time. Luckily we had a SMN and he raised me immediately. Then it happened… the other WHM left! In the middle of the fight when all others were still alive. That was the moment when I know I have to step up.

I, unfortunately, used Saint of Shroud moment before I got KO’ed, so I have limited MP to work with after death. I healed the tanks back up as much as I can and remember my healing priority: healer (self) > tank > dps. Swiftcast Medica while tried to type “ballad please” as fast as I can and use my X-Ether. I know positioning shouldn't be a problem much in this fight as long as I get back to the center as fast as I can when the boat tilt. Finally, Saint of Shroud was back on, and I’m full throttle again. I were able to keep everyone alive and cleared the duty.

I know the fight wasn't that hard to begin with, so a well geared healer should be able to single heal, but I was very proud that I didn't panic and stuck with what I know until the end. I wish I had a chance to thank the SMN before he left DF too quick. So, if you’re reading, THANK YOU!

Just finished my 2nd healing run of Stone Vigil (only level 43 at the moment)

The last boss fight was some of the most intense healing I've ever had to do.
Wiped once.

2nd time, tank died about halfway through and returned before I could res him.
The Monk takes over as tank for the 50% left over.
I was lagging pretty badly, which just made it harder.

I died right near the end, and a lb2 from the Monk ended it.

Might not sound like all that much, but it was intense for me.

Might not be as epic as some other peoples' but:

Copperbell HM at the boss that sets the bridge on fire. The boss still has half HP and the entire bridge has already be covered in flames. The bard and monk are both dead and only the tank and I are left. I was able to get a swiftcast raise out to revive the bard, I had her turn on mages ballad and I spammed medica (with medica 2's in between when the HoT ran out) until swiftcast was ready again. I was able to swiftcast raise the monk and we were able to dps the boss down. Felt pretty bad ass and i got all of the commendation at the end of that run lol.

Did a titan hm for the luls and to see how op the 50% buff was. Ended up carrying the party to a one shot win.

turns out all you need for titan hm is 1 decent tank, 1 good dps, and 1 good heals.

Yes, you're right, Titan can be done with one tank, one dps and one healer. I find the key to some of these boss fight is not to raise too quickly, unless you know the person is a good player and just made a bad mistake. Last night, I was helping a group of new players at Ifrit HM, we tried a couple of times but most of them just die too quickly at plume dodges. At the end, I only raise the tank, and a couple of DPS and leave the rest for the SMN to raise when he has time/MP. By me focusing on just the tank (and not worrying about the dps that can't dodge), the fight was slower but at least it got done.

Just had one for the history books.

Doing Titan HM which was selected for me as a WHM through the trial roulette. Tanks are kind of undergeared, and the other healer is a CNJ (not a WHM - a conjurer), but everyone seems to be competent enough after a minute or two in the pull - everyone is stacking properly for transitions, avoiding landslides, following the bomb markings and so on. While the second tank did fall off some time - can't remember if it was heart phase or final phase - we recover and stay in control of the fight all the way up to the very end.

Then it starts unraveling with Titan at less than 5% health. Our limit bar has been used up already, and I end up gaoled. The tank is punched, goes down to three-fifths health, eats a Mountain Buster without any CDs up and gets one-shot while the other CNJ is busy healing the rest of the party and I'm stuck in gaol. Dots break me out and now Titan is loose since the other tank fell off earlier. The CNJ resses the main tank as bombs come down. Positioning is completely awry. Bombs kill a few of the DPS. The tank tries to get threat back and dies in the chaos. Stomps. He's down to a tiny sliver of health now, but so are we. The last remaining DPS gets killed by a few hits to the face. Aggro on the CNJ who hasn't been using Shroud, she dies as well. Now I'm the last remaining member, I take two melee hits and I'm reduced to 600 HP. A wipe is all but inevitable.

I pop Cleric Stance, hit Swiftcast, and detonate Holy in his face to finish Titan off right as Weight of the Land is about to erupt.
