    Emerald Moss Behest (seriously) Broken

Something is very wrong with Emerald Moss behest, on Bodhum at least.

The first behest I had to kill four R22 Imps... Reasonable. Unfortunately the server decided to load two R32 Galagos that were not on the official behest list, yet were very much there and attackable. Assuming it was some kind of glitch, I ignored them. Imagine my surprise when nothing happened after killing the four Imps. Despite the fact they were not on my behest list, I had to kill the Galagos. Obviously my R13 Pugilist got owned, and I had to run back and mince them on Gladiator. Not the end of the world...

When the final monster(s) then appeared, it was two R44 Pterocs. Yes, that is not a typo. They were R44 and there was two of them. How in hell is an R13 Pugilist meant to kill one, let alone two at once? I didn't even try. I switched to Gladiator and killed them and cut my losses.

Assuming this was a glitch, I tried again half hour later. Even worse this time!

In the line up was an R32 Giant Slug, an R32 Inland Angler, two R22 Bee Clouds and those two mysteriously non-existant Galagos were there again (who, yet again, had to be killed in order for the behest to progress, even though they are not on the list.) I had to kill the Slug and the Angler (who were in a group, as R22's they would have been impossible anyway, but R32?) to kill the bees, then dispose of the Galagos again to make a hopefully more balanced opponent appear.

Imagine my suprise when an R50 (That's not a typo) Delta Crab appeared. I only just about managed to kill that on R39 Gladiator. At first I assumed all of this could be caused by the game loading the strongest behest possible by mistake or something, but how could a full party of R13's (or even R20s) take out an R50 Crab?

I really don't need to say much else. Emerald Moss behest is seriously broken, and needs fixing!

The behest determines the monster strength based on the ranks of all participant. Maybe you were on your gladiator when the behest started. Normally doing that should only increase the monster level a bit and the monster amount a lot though.

I am 100% positive that on both occasions I was on Pugilist, both signing up and when the behest actually began. Certain. And even if I were on Gladiator, come on... That is ridiculous, plus it does not explain the mysterious Galagos.

I can also recall the time an R40+ player decided to join us at Drybone and the monsters did not scale up. I think the 'difficulty' comes in quantity, not level, because there is always more monsters with more participants.

Nah it's definately also based on ranks. Try joining a R0 behest as R50. The impact on higher behests is just smaller because you don't have an R90 class :P

Fair point, have not done many 40+ behests. I am positive that I signed up on, and was on when it started, Pugilist 13, though. Absolutely certain. I was punching beasties before the first one (and was not suspecting the monsters to be so high so had no reason to be on Gladiator anyway) and made sure I was on Pugilist the second time.

Emerald Moss, Drybone and Skull Valley have mobs level range up to R30 on highest difficulty.
What is definetly a bug are those pterocs, delta crabs and the galagos. The missing flag is a long time bug. SE has never fixed it.
I would say because of the delta crabs and pterocs, you have done the humblehearth behest. Interestingly this is the normal setup for this.
