So what? so what if he/she is a noob, a fresh level 50 or anything. We have all been there once before. The least we can do is help each other out.
If the dungeon requirement is ilvl 47 and they make it, it's not impossible to accomplish the mission. If you are the best in the group then you can carry the weaker one instead of rage quit.
The more one plays the game the better they get and if we don't have time to play it that much and are considered noob, that does not mean we should be exempt from using DF or play the game.

LOL, so a healer is supposed to carry a party that has bad dps in AK for example. LOL sir. Its not up to ONE person carrying others. 3/4 or 6/8 usually have to be good enough to carry that 25% that are bad/ not geared. The people that really failed is SE for their LOW LOW LOW! Ilvl requirements. Tried running Lab in my AF1 gear and all 48/49 accessories and it was a nightmare, i50 is way too low for that dungeon specifically. I60-65 would be a way better requirement to have. Sure, dps dont need to be that well geared, but healers and tanks need it.
