    I sit at about 90 ms and dodge everything in the game by reaction(aided by pattern memorization) but i don't ever have to move before I see the effect.

    Yeah I have up to heart no problem, but those times when the lag kicks in and I'm clearly out of a plume is what I want fixed. Could this fix that? I have to watch the cast bar I can't go off animations.
