well the difference is. that they do not actually fight..

if they are two groups who battle against each other like in a real fight its no prob... but many of these groups dont actually fight. its more like sitting there while the other group kills you.. and that they change each round. thats really abusing the system

I'm not interested in pvp at all but I saw some cool looking gear that I'd like to use for glamour. I know you can craft some of it now, but from what I have understood there are still exclusive sets (mainly looking for whm, staves included).

Would I be violating the rules if I win trateded with other like-minded people only to get the gear? Until I can craft everything, I don't have any other options.

It'd only take a few seconds to post an answer,

"We are sorry to hear that pvp wintrading is occuring but to our best efforts we are trying to find a solution to prevent any further wintrading. But in the mean time all we can say is just try to refrain from doing it and report any player that seems to be involved."

Something similar to when they posted a BS response to bunny hopping back then at pvp release.
That took me like a min to think of that bs response.
If they posted that then everyone would understand if it's allowed or not.

I think if SE said something they would have to take out pre-mades to truly fix this problem. While, i have see this loop hole and considers the idea. If you truly enjoy pvp, SE, answer will not matter unless they up grade their PVP plans. 1v1 would surely be the easiest way anybody to cheat the system. They count down pop que and go.

i think the reason SE hasnt said anything is because the damage has already been done. Many wintraders have already gotten their gear, and SE cant just roll back their accounts because they failed to take a stance earlier on the issue. so most likely i see the solution they will prolly implement is make marks rain from the sky in the upcoming frontlines, an then everyone has their loot, nobody complaining

Most the people I have talked to that are win trading aren't even interested in PVP they want the gear to glamour and don't want to deal with bots / actual battles to glamour a set and never use it again. Also most of these people have LSs that win trade not actually (most not all) so they aren't going to just Que 4v4 any clean you out with rank 40 and great gear. ALSO 4 rank 40 members WILL NEVER get grouped with low tier people because the system doesn't work like that. the PVP rank of both groups is taken into accordance with match making. So the only way you'd see them is if you also have similar in which case you'd more likely be WAY more experienced with how your class in PVP works and you would clean them out. High gear and Rank do not make a good player. They aren't going to instantly wipe anyone b/c of the I100 gear.

The current method being used to dupe the German and French DF was first suggested in THIS game by Yoshi-P himself as a way for large FC's to run crystal tower together when they dropped the ball not allowing 24 man ques.

Why would large FC's do this?

So if a group of friends who used this very method to run 1v1 duels for some serious fun, used it to legally quicken the silly 30-40 grind so they could focus on other content, they are cheating bastards who should get the banhammer eh?

SE doesn't give two shits about this "pvp" they've created and they have made that more than clear. Bots take months to get banned. In fact, you will get banned from this forum for mentioning one the many well known bots by name loooooong before they bots themselves will be banned.
