Just do what I did.set Sprint on an unused hot bar space and in your Key bind menu bind a key on your keyboard for sprint. I chose my F key personally and I'm always sprinting, even when I don't want to

I set my run to scroll wheel push by using the keybind function. No macro needed...

You can make a run macro, and have it repeat as many times as you can fit into the macro. You can't have it repeat however (to make it infinite), due to being unable to call a macro with a macro.

A auto-run macro is not possible but a sprint macro yes.

/ac "Sprint" <me> (quotes and <me> should not be needed but I always put them)
/wait 30 (or 31 to compensate lag and the sprint animation - I don't remember how much I have put in my macro )
    /ac "Sprint" <me>
    /wait 30
    .....
I think you are limited to 15 lines for a macro
Using another macro will interrupt the sprint macro.

The wait command will change in the future(dev post) so it will look like
    /ac sprint <wait.30>
    /ac sprint <wait.30>
    ....

    /automove

For some reason, this is listed under Target Commands in the text command reference.
