Thread name: All Disciple of Hand Classes got bugged (can’t craft high lv items) & can’t send report in game

Character name: Kzynhova Rivaille
Class/level: All DoH Classes/50
Race: Hyur male
Steps:
1. I want to crafting Pineapple Juice on Monday (I can craft it before), but it keeps saying Control is not enough
2. So I try to change to another 50 classes like Carpenter, Goldsmith and Weavering. But all them can’t do the high lv crafting too. It keeps saying Craftmanship not enough or Control is not enough

3. So I try to put off all of my gear and see that I got 0 Craftmanship and 0 Control at my character

4. Because of this problem I sent bug reports via In-game customer support, wait for 2 days no reply and my friend told me to check History at the customer support desk. But There is no history at my page, eventhough I already sent the bug report 3 times.

In the image with your equipment you can see that you Control is only 306, while the recipe lists Control Required: 318
If the pieces you have is already the "best-in-slot", you'll have to meld with materia in order to increase Control.
