I just spent a good 10 minutes curing 460 vs 490 Mind, the difference was 100, not 15.

I believe she was talking about before determination kicks in. Determ affects your Min/Max Damage/Healing Output Value noticeably. But its a terrible stat to raise if your base [mind] is low. z_z
