    Help me with Garuda EX

Specifically, the final repeating phase. Everything up to that point is peachy keen. But once she splits and there are tornadoes separating us the S hits the F.

I've tried pretty much every variation I've heard, read, or seen videos of. The thing that ends up killing every group I've been in comes down to not being able to kill both sisters in time, or 'voking the Spiny and having it not stick to the voker, even after a Lob/Tomahawk, with or without DoT's on it (CoS is very guilty of this).

There are also several times when I'll voke the other sister as OT, and even though I've got aggro on the aggro list, she stays over there for an extra 15s or so, and the melee and I are just left sitting on our hands. This is after I get thrown every which way from those damn tornadoes of course.

    What am I doing wrong?

Also, 40s Cd for provoke has killed me more times in that fight than I can remember. If I'm OTing and we kill my sister fast enough, we just end up sitting there for 8-12 seconds for my voke to cooldown, simply because I had to blow it on the Spiny as soon as it spawns (unless it's one of those rare instances where it starts on a non-MT target). That damn feather seems to generate a lot of threat on it's first target, such that it'll be dead before you take aggro from anything non-tank or healer.

we have OT pull suparna to avoid double wicked wheel on MT
during final repeating phase OT doesnt pull chirada off MT, just swaps spiney back and forth

MT takes Garuda and Chirada North at first appearance OT takes Supurna south. Kill Supurna OT runs up to MT voke / combo and seperate Garuda and Chirada. Kill Chirada then onto Garuda. Tornado phase, same pulls, except NW for MT and SE for OT. Ranged in SW melee SE. Kill Supurna then move over to Chirada. Your main tank should be able to hold both of them on their own, because as MT you should only be using your cooldowns when you will be double tanking / wicked wheeled, which makes it do hardly anything to you. You really shouldn't be doing any AoE abilities if your tanking and when the other tank provokes spiny do nothing except dodge until he can get a flash on it as well. After it has hit two stacks and has been provoked the other tank can also take a few swipes at it to lower its health to around 30-40% and keep better aggro on it.
Also, if you cant DPS the sisters in time, maybe you need some new DPS. Lol.

I know people are saying do not dps the spiny plume but use flash instead. However, if you are out of flash range. You can still use shield lob. Because the spiny plume won't die so easily. Just don't spam SL excessively.

You don't have to provoke the Spiny at the start of the tornado phase. Let it stick on whoever until it has 2 stacks then pull it.

Sisters not dying in time is a completely separate issue. You have to pull them apart from each other quickly otherwise the stacking buff will make them nigh impossible to kill. If this isn't the issue then there's a problem with your DPS.

Might be a problem with DPS. Chidra should go down just after Garuda ports. Or a couple seconds after wicked wheel. That should be right around the time someone will have two stacks of Spiney and need a voke. If the MT is fast enough grabbing Suprana they should run by the spiney as it spawns and get hate from LoS.

Just my five cent for voking spiny
after u voke and cant flash it use CD such as fof, bfb, tempered will, awareness etc

those CD will generate a moderate amount of hate until u can flash it

This is true, but don't be afraid to Shield Lob or Tomahawk it as well; the Spiny Plume may not have much HP, but it has enough and (as spiny tank) you should try to take it down to at least 50% to ensure it can be downed quickly before Reckoning. This isn't normally an issue, but can be with caster heavy setup with weaker gear (I've seen spiny shield go up seconds before Reckoning and not count several times).

    How I do it:

MT takes both Garuda and Suparna
    OT takes Chirada

Let spiny go wherever it wants to go, only perform the following actions after 2 stacks:
If spiny is on MT, OT provokes spiny.
If spiny is on OT or anyone else, MT provokes spiny, OT provokes Suparna.

Of course there is the 3 way method, which makes it even easier for spiny swapping.

    Regarding holding aggro, if I am taking Chirada;
    - I hit it once with fast blade and Shield Lob/Tomahawk once or twice
    - pop FOF/Berserk, and begin my combo.

I rarely lose aggro, but that's partly because I am i90. If I ever lose aggro during the first few seconds of sister spawn, I react quickly with a provoke and more shield lobs/tomahawk. Following that I'll let my other tank friend know that my provoke is on CD, so we can either have him provoke spiny or pray hard.

If you lose aggro mid way of killing Chirada, you got to work on your combos.

Seems many use strat where OT take Sup, we/I usually always take Chirada. Also the 3-point strat is rather uncommon, tanking double wheel should be np for MT, the tips here I can say is that they'll always do Wicked Wheel AFTER Friction. So you can just time your HQ Cooldowns for it that way.
(This can melee DPS also notice that'll usually die there)
