Not that this is the most important detail regarding housing, but I'm curious as to why CUL got the short end of the stick when it came to housing furnishings. Not a single one can be crafted by the chefs of Eorzea.

I can understand not wanting us to be able to craft a couch made out of cake, or perhaps a chandelier made from sausage links, but why can't we make a simple plate of cookies to leave around on the tables? A large 3 tiered cake for the counter tops? I feel like the Diagnostic Module would feel more diagnosticy (perhaps even more modular) if I could put a nice hot glass of mulled tea on top. Ya know, for thinking about strategy and stuff (or maybe what those darn glowing blocks mean).

Again, not the most pressing concern. I'm just curious if we'll see the addition of carefully crafted confectioneries, artfully arranged artisan breads, or masterfully made meat dishes that I may use to decorate in the future.

I feel that you have raised a good point. Culinarians are crafters, it would be nice if they were able to contribute to furnishings. Everyone else can.

Yeah, I could totally see a CUL making an elaborate gingerbread model of CT or Coil etc to display in the houses or something like that.

I think a Culinarian should make table toppers such as wine bottles, fruit platters, roast dodo, etc. Even festive good dishes for holiday decorating.

To expand on that idea, Culinarians could make special "house food" that's displayed on a table that gives certain food-like buffs to everyone in the FC. Maybe it has a 24-hour time limit like the other company actions.
