    Nope, all the rest that have a direct damage component just say "Delivers an attack with potency XXX. Additional effect: Damage over time. Potency: YY."

    Yea, it must just be a couple typos in the tooltip.

    Demolish should say:
    Delivers an attack with potency 30.
    70 when delivered from behind target.
    Can only be used when in Coeurl form. --- from here down it stays the same.

    They just need to change the first "damage over time" reference to "an attack" and get rid of the first duration.
