Warrior cross-class improvement

I took featherfoot from NNK as a cross skill but isn't it supposed to increase evasion by 15% ( total of 25%) when i get the trait at 18?
My goal is to get an MNK up to 36 to get the trait for crit.rate so has there been any change on that or am i doing smth wrong?

Traits aren't cross-classed.
Any ability that is enhanced by a Trait only only receieve that enhancement while you're in that particular class, thus, Featherfoot will always be 15% if you're on Warrior, it only becomes 25% while on Monk

good to hear it because many "guides" on the web indicate that the effect increases when you get the trait from cross classes. but MNK is fun so i will level it anyway :P
