Why is this happening?

Dear SE, most players in my server have noted a fc of botters and reported them many many times. Now they bought a medium land in our server. Is it to mock you or the players that nothing will be done to player botters who don't use teleporting hacks?

I and many of the players in the server reported this fc players for botting so many many times. A medium house..... really making a mockery out of the rules most players follow and the reporting system.

SE has already stated they're more than willing to confiscate any houses bought with dirty gil. It just takes them forever to do it. I've been watching the same bot run around for 4 weeks now but it takes them a month or two to "investigate."

Reported for more then 2 months for botting and not banned. Now bought a medium house. SE I give you a clap.

SE to check how FC got money to buy house is quite stupid.
They don't even have resource to check individual reported player, how can they invesigate cash flow of FC which there are more than hundred users involved.
