I don't want another reason for elitists to leave the duty.... It's bad as it is already...

Not everyone has good ping, and that doesn't mean they can't dodge.... I personally have ~140, which isn't too high coming from Europe, but there are a lot of people with higher who is very good players, and can dodge everything.
