This is why WoW has separate instance servers, so there can be hundreds of groups running dungeons and raids, all at the same time, all in their own instances.

It will be even worse if there is not a Reservation System in place. Imagine you've been waiting 59 minutes for the next Instance and someone else just walks up and gets lucky and gets in ahead of you.
