Not too keen on the minimum requirements myself, but it will be nice that it pushes people to interact a bit more. I just think it should be softened a bit to help ease the burden of having say 13ppl show up to do r50 dungeons. Either way you slice it, 5ppl are going to be short. Kind of hard to run it as a LS event with those requirements.
