You're making a broad speculation based on three mob types seen in just 2 screen shots. No one has any way of knowing whether or not there are new/rarer mobs further in or what all is included in the dungeons.

Making broad speculation without even reading the text, of the announcement by the way, as it clearly talks about "foreign troops", which have nothing to do with chigoes, skeletons or giant fishes.

But of course when actual information conflicts with whining, whiners tend to ignore it like it didn't exist.
