    About Tinolqa, Tinolqa looks to be the Japanese name for the Black Shroud region itself. I don't want to get overly optimistic, but I'm thinking that they may have started using the English name because the pending apocalypse may be soon.
    They're not or at least thats how I read it. Say 25 or higher. Not 25-30 or whatnot.
