... caping would be nice for the 50ies since they would have a chance to at least have a challenge. caping doenst mean "you cant enter" it just adjusts your lvl to the dungeon.
Another smart way would be to scale the mobs to the highest player in the group but then the drops would have to be adjusted as well. But anyways. One thing i know is... you will need crafts for repairing only in the future... unless they change a lot but then i wont have to bother with crafting.

And what can i do if all my classes are above r30? we need high level content, more hard NM's, dungeons, quest, etc. They should start giving more content to the ppls that have almost a year in the game.
what i think alot of crafters need to understand is that the majority of MMORPG players are not crafters, they are fighters. there are sooooo many people who left due to various battle related reasons which trumped the people who left mainly due to crafting reasons.
although its cool this game caters to a crafting crowd, no MMO will be that great or successful of a game if its so massively dedicated to crafting, fielding, and economic manipulation over felling foes.
so my point is that there are tons of people who just want to either go to an auction counter to buy whatever they can or complete dungeons, to us dungeons are the immersive and involving way of getting gear.... not seeking out and bartering with crafters.

Last I checked a Rank Cap on a Dungeon was so that you couldn't WoW it and just have your Max Level Friend Walk you through..

Dear SE,
I am uber excited to enjoy the first test of my hard work as a R50 player. This will bring lots of fun and hopefully the first real challenge to overcome.
However, i'm terrified of another long wait, idling at the scraps of things to do in my favorite game.
