I have a perfectly thick layer of skin when it comes to harassment and trolling in this game thank you very much. What I DON'T have a tolerance for is people deliberately attempting to sabotage my run of the game because they have 'nothing' better to do.

These are players that are COMPLETELY capable of playing the game, are geared and can fight, but will mess around with the performance of the raid for their own personal amusement. I'm sorry I don't wanna waste time, I'm sorry I expected my CT run to take 30-50 minutes instead of 60-90, I'm sorry that I expected people who joined the raid to you know, play the game and allow the rest of us to succeed on our own skill and not via some artificially made handicap being established by a couple of bored players.

And where did hardcore and casual players come into this conversation? Playing with newcomers is absolutely no problem for me as most of them, if they don't know what they're doing, are eager for advice and instructions on what to do and honestly are just excited to either experience CT for the first time or as a new class. Even BETTER is that if they DO wipe, they more often than not tend to admit they don't understand what to do and will gladly accept any offering of instructions and immediately succeed after the first wipe. If anything, the hardcore players have the potential to be UNPLEASANT to play with because it devolves into a ego measuring contest of people blaming the other players for being the sole cause of failing a portion of the dungeon rather than everyone acknowledging that they failed as a GROUP.

I know it's just a game but it's a game where players are required to cooperate (In CT and other multiplayer content) in order to succeed and when a person is DELIBERATELY not cooperating for the reasons I listed above (Being bored, sabotaging the group for their own amusement and dragging out the time spent in a dungeon longer than it needed to be) they're directly interfering with my attempts to play the game and that's what griefing is.

And to close, an alliance vote kick is a HORRIBLE idea and would lead to even MORE abuse than the vote dismiss function has thankfully not escalated to yet. Not that it's devoid of any and all problems, but it could be worse. As I stated earlier, I want to be able to group a full raid from my server not because of hardcore versus casual, but because I want to play with my FRIENDS and people I KNOW that I like, trust and WANT to play with versus complete strangers I'll PROBABLY never see again and who potentially will ruin my fun for their own 'fun'. And if they screw me over, well then to the blacklist they go and I never have to play with them ever again!

tl;dr The desire for this feature is purely to put an end to the players hindering completion of content not due to a lack of skill or not following orders. If you interpret my reasoning behind this idea as anything else other than growing discontented with seeing raids have to come to an end because a couple of jerks thought it'd be hilarious to directly cripple the performance and cause people to quit the raid, then I don't know how to respond to you.
