Lost loot due to error 90000

Yesterday at 3:00a server time on Hyperion my coil group and I were disconnected immediately after killing Caduceus in turn 1 but just prior to being able to determine loot. As such, we were locked out with no reward for the week from turn 1. We were wondering if there would be a way to either redo turn 1 to have a fair chance at items or to receive the items we would have received originally. The items in question were "Allagan Earring of Healing" and "Allagan Ring of Striking"

Ithilien Enelye
Reki Kohime
Don Pablo
Grencye Strife
Giovon Tarutaru
