Zalera: Charater kicked from Duty Finder Unable to log back in

This started 4 days ago when I was farming Garuda Extreme with my group- I was suddenly kicked from match and brought back to main character log in screen. where i tried logging in and got the error code 90000. I called customer support they said was connectivity issue to check my internet.. I have high speed internet and it checked out fine. So I called back they said create a new character to see if I can log in which I did and had no problem logging in with him but still couldnt with my main character(which is my only).. so i asked my friends what my status said on Lilum Synt and they said I was still logged in and in the duty finder. So i called customer service and told them they said to wait it out the game would eventually log me out. So three days later it finally logged me out and I could sign, I asked my friends what had happened and they said they didnt know but my status had been logged in for the three days I couldnt log in . So excited the problem was resolved I decided to do coil with some friends as I had missed my fc coil group in my lost time. Just as we got in to duty same thing happened kicked and unable to sign in.. so I guess i have to wait once again. I asked my friends on my player status and they once again said Im signed in and in the df. This is very frustrating and unbearable as I have put 400 or more hours into my character in the last 4 months. I read the server Primal was experiencing these exact same problems a few day ago but was resolved. I hope this can be resolved for my character as well as I will not even consider restarting from the beginning . I also noticed as well when I summon my minions they no longer animate into being or make sound they just appear . Please fix this problem
