How to optimize Healer DPS output for conflags?

Would the damage increase if I cleric right before Bane, or would I have to cleric on the initial casts on twintania to benefit from increased DOT?

Cleric Stance + DoTs on target pre-casting Bane. You can drop out of Cleric Stance and Bane and the Cleric Stance DoT damage would transfer with it to the Conflag.
