Labyrinth of the ancients : Black screen lock, unable to access menus and pass loot

I was doing the labyrinth of the ancients in the duty finder. When the last boss fell, I got a black screen instead of the cutscene we usually see. The loading circle kept going round and round for many minutes.

I could not leave the instance or get out of the black screen like I would with a cutscene. No menu functions worked. Neither did the loot menu so I could not pass on the item that dropped if I did not want it. Only the chat did work.

I thought it was no big deal and waited it out. However, when all my group left, I obtained the Ballad Crown, an item I really never wanted to roll on.

I understand bug reviews take a long time to be resolved, but can you help me by reseting my loot rules and getting that item back? I'd like to progress with the game this week as well.

I alerady reported the matter in-game, and the GM wrote me to submit the issue here.
