    90000 Error During Turn 4, Lost Loot

    My static raid group consisting of members of my Free Company, Grimm Haven, all recieved a 90000 error after completing Turn 4 of the Binding Coil of Bahamut last night before we could receive our loot. It happened about 1 hour before the scheduled maintenance began. It seems other players on our server, Malboro, were also booted from their instances at the same time.

    My company member said that one of the drops was the Allagan Ring of Maiming, which would have went to myself, but I'm not sure about the other drop. We'd all be happy to run Turn 4 again, but as it is now, we are locked into Turn 5 with nothing to show for beating Turn 4.

    That sucks. My group had the same issue, but we actually didn't lose any of the loot. And we have video evidence!

    Was it last night as well? Any supporting evidence of people experiencing the issue is good, I guess.

    FATAL LEGACY ALSO LOST LOOT ON TURN 4

    My FC was participating in Coil turn 4 yesterday at 2:50amish Diabolos server time. We had the Healer ring and the Caster ring drop.

    Our groups healers were going to roll against each other for the healer ring:

    Tydin Atmos
    Julie Kahlee

    The caster ring dropped and the rest of our party was greed looting it:

    Tydin Atmos
    Julie Kahlee
    Gisela Goldknight
    Reya Goldknight
    Kittie Cat
    Cordie Lionheart
    Nobu Senshi

    Bill Blackscythe was also in party but passed on the ring because he already has it.

    Can you please give us a chance to reroll on our loot or redo turn 4? We want to do Turn5 tomorrow at our normal time, but will this ruin our chances at the turn 4 loot? I understand we are locked out already, but its not fair to lose loot because of a server error.

    Please help us! We just want to progress and get the loot that was due.

    Or if you cannot recover the loot can we have a Free FC medium size plot?

    I don't think they care. We lost our loot too. Caster earring and Healer ring lost. I submitted an in-game bug report with no response. We are on Excalibur.

    It can't be that hard to verify that this happened. There has to be record of an item dropping for a set of given characters, and whether the players involved received it. This ain't rocket surgery.

    If it's not worth their time to correct what I assume to be a verifiable error, is it worth our money and time to play the game? If they can't verify/correct their errors, the instance servers should be taken down until they're fixed.

    This is like selling a car that ejects the driver from the windshield sometimes when the driver touches the accelerator, not recalling it, and not even acknowledging that it happens.

    If y'all want to give me access to your database servers, I'll be happy to correct these outstanding issues for you, at a decent pay rate of course.

    It's really sad they aren't even acknowledging the problem. It makes me not want to do coil or any other instance.
