    Apkallu Eggs

    Can you guys please increase the number of apkallu mobs/spawn locations for them? Or at least increase the number of eggs that drop off of each apkallu?

    At least on Excalibur these mobs are farmed 24/7 by usually 2+ people and I think there's only around 12 (edit: actually more like 17-18) of them. I feel like the high demand for apkallu eggs (like diremite webs, fleece, etc) wasn't considered when the team decided to have so few ways of obtaining them.

    Same thing on Hyperion. Sometimes I'll get lucky at odd hours and find the area pretty well empty, but usually there are two or three people farming them.

    Same on all the servers I'm sure. For mine its early in the morning like 7am.. just don't have the time then to farm as work calls. It gets so bad at times you have to guard your one spot like it was your life blood and if you don't have an aoe spam your SOL.

    Why have mobs drop anything at all. Just make everything for sale. More drops wont solve anything, except help kill the economy even more.

    Because adding another gil sink for cooking would solve things economy-wise? Fixing chokeholds like Apkallu that allows 1 small group of players (re: RMT) to control the endgame food market of a server is far more detrimental to the economy of a server than adding more pops which solved the fleece problem.

    It was considered - Yoshi knew exactly what he was doing when he decided to remove "overworld grinding" because kids decided it's "outdated". We went from 3-5 apkallu camps with about 12-20 each to..this.

    Same with Diremite web and fleece. They'll never increase mob count because it has to fit in line with "no overworld grinding", so sadly, have to just deal with it. They increased webs but didn't on these eggs...heck they even increase skin drops on stuff there's NO demand for. They may as well add everything to vendors since resale price is useless anyway, so buying wouldn't hurt anything.

    What? You seem misinformed... they DID increase web/fleece mob count and spawn locations AND drop rates. I don't get the point you're trying to make.

    Mob count, not drop count. They don't need to increase banemite population when they increased number of drops per enemy. The Sheep they "added" was just relocating where some from the main camp spawned.

    Not true. They increased the total number of sheep in the zone (by adding other camps for them)

    I don't usually lose, it's just not fun/enjoyable having to race to each bird when I tend to farm tens or even hundreds of eggs at a time~ (and so does everyone else I think)
