Personally, I rather them not put much effort into these silly side events. Having new events creates a nice change of pace and I appreciate their existence. But, If they were to take away resources from creating much more elaborate and long lasting content, then I would truly hate the events for ever existing in the first place.

If that is really the case, then im all for it...hell id rather they not even bother. But you have to think they have people who probably work on these kinds of things and just dont seem to try much.

Or more likely, It's 1 artist, 1 programmer and 1 writer (part time) that builds these events and that's really all they can manage. The once every month or two fluff is fun and I'm fine with the small scale of it if that means we get that much more effort put into larger, longer lasting stuff. (Like the next iteration of coil, CT, new primals, additional storyline etc.)
