    I am getting a similar issue. Mine issue occurs while the game is updating, it never finishes, just gets this message...

    Unable to download patch files.
    [11003][10009][10019]

    And that is all it says. I restarted multiple times, no luck.

    Unable to update patch files [11005][20815][20866][19900][5] C:/Program Files (x86)/SquareEnix/Final Fantasy XIV - A realm Reborn/Boot/ffxivconfig.exe
    This is what im getting I have uninstalled and reinstalled and now when it goes to do the dl it gets to about 10% and stops then error pops ive tryd running as admin I turned pc off left it over night I have turned off firewall.. still have to get anything ive been trying for the past 2 hours.. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ;(
