Independent Mender (NPC) unusable (glitch)

This is what happened specifically in order of events:

1. 90k'd from CT during last boss
2. Came back into game weakened still fighting last boss.
3. Beat last boss.
4. Exited back to mor dhona.
5. NPC is targetable and clickable but nothing happens when you try to talk to him.

Going to teleport in and out of zone to see if that fixes it, then will try to logout/log back in. Will update in a moment.

Update#1: Teleporting out and back to Mor Dhona does not solve problem, NPC is still unusable.
Update#2: Loging out and back in does not solve problem. Exiting game does not solve problem. NPC is completely broken.

This is on Excalibur server. Other people experiencing issue.

Can we get our mender fixed already, its wasting gold and time. Just annoying.

I'm surprised more people haven't posted about this. This is still an issue and has been since 2.15 hotfix.
