So, I have a process that usually works pretty well, depending o the item, and its rarity.

If you find you are being undercut, by a constant under cutter (regularly checks and lowers below you)

Here is what I do.

I find my price point that I want for my item(s)
Then, when someone undercuts me, I undercut them back ,and see how long it takes them to respond.

If it is quick enough, there is a nice way to make your money.

Undercut them immediately. Set a goal in mind, that you want to pay for that item, continue undercutting war, until you get their item at a price where you can resell for profit.

You would be surprised how low some people will go, just to try and be lowest.

If you want to figure out the price where your profit begins.

a+b+c/x=avg. price

a,b,c ect., Are the prices you paid for said item. You divide by the number or items you bought to find your average price.

EX.- bought 3 nuggets, 1 for 1k, 1 for 1.5k, 1 for 1.35k
Now add up 1000+1500+1350=3850/3= 1283 is your average price.

So as long as you are selling above that price, after taxes you are making money.

It's not as fancy as say selling a single million dollar item, but it works, and you can make constant cash flow.

Make sure that you take into consideration, the sales history of items before you buy.
If it's not moving fast, then you are stuck with a product in your inventory.

Good Luck Happy hunting!
