[Hyperion] Dreadnought FC - Seeking Reps for 2.0 and 2.2 Coil Groups

Dreadnought of Hyperion(LEGACY) is a progression-based free company whose primary goal is to achieve world- and server-first kills on all endgame content. We have been well established since the early days of 1.0 and our most-recent feats include server-first wins on Turns 1 through 5 , Garuda Extreme, and Titan Extreme (server-second for Ifrit Extreme). We also sell extreme primals. We own a large house in Mist in the best possible location.

We have four static groups running through Bahamut’s Coil on a weekly basis with all groups having Turn 5 on farm status (as well as an alt group).

RECRUITMENT (Status: open but selective)
We are currently recruiting to replace inactive members within our static groups. We are seeking these roles:

• 1 Off Tank
• DPS (ranged and melee)

Event Schedule
At the moment, all four groups have their own schedule, but we primarily raid during NA primetime. We have groups that cater to both PST and EST.

Loot System
Each static group, for the most part, is led by an officer in order to ensure fairness. That being said, loot distribution primarily focuses on main and sub priorities with a couple other factors in mind when making decisions, such as best in slots and overall number of iLevel 90 gear.

Eligibility
To be considered, you must fulfill the following criteria:

1. Be a dedicated and hardcore player. You must have knowledge and experience on all Turns and phases as well as showcase expertise on your main and sub jobs
2. Must have iLevel 85+ gear for the jobs you will be playing in Coils
3. Must be available to raid during the group’s event times. Priority will be given to those with more dedicated play time (e.g., seven days a week for five hours a day).

Why do people recruit from other servers?

Why not? Why would you care?

The obvious answer is, greater exposure to more skilled players.

Why would you not want a good player to transfer servers and play with you? Good fit + skill are hard to find.

Because they don't consider it a waste. Logic 101.

Are people that serious about raiding? you can pick up a group for 1-5 easy if they're willing to put in the time.

For sure, people are that interested in raiding. Doing end-game content will always have a draw, in any game. Some folks may not be able to "pick up a group for 1-5 easy". Never know the climate on their server, or time zone availability. They may only be able to fill one role, not several. Everyone on their server could be high-strung and they want a nice chill group to play with and push content...there are any number of factors that may push a decision to look elsewhere for a person's gaming wants.

Even with us in ISIS, we've had folks that were interested in transfering servers to get a chance to get in a static and play with us. Like the FC that was recruiting above, we always keep our eye out for good, competent players that can push content with a great attitude.

For some folks, it is most defiantly not a waste of money to finally get what they're looking for. You just never know
